Book Nook Wizardi Miniature - Red Coast Base Roombox Kit

Red Coast Base is staged as a tall boxed diorama split into two illuminated levels, matching its science-fiction premise closely. The upper level opens onto a snow-dusted rooftop watch point: a large satellite dish angled skyward, bare winter trees, a weathered watchtower structure, and a moody dusk sky glowing behind distant clouds. Below it, a cluttered workshop and control room takes shape in cool blue-grays and rust tones, with a lone figure at a workbench, dangling task lighting, control panels, and a stacked barrel in the corner. The overall mood is isolated and analytical, matching a remote listening post scanning the sky for a signal. Why this kit: the two-level build pairs an exterior rooftop scene with a fully separate interior workshop, giving the display real depth and narrative range; the muted blue, gray, and rust palette leans into a cold, technical mood distinct from Wizardi's warmer roomboxes; the rooftop dish and antenna details give the piece a strong science-fiction silhouette even before it is lit. Kit includes pre-cut wooden pieces, miniature furnishings, and finely detailed accessories for both the rooftop and workshop levels, plus built-in LED lights for a warm, steady glow across the scene. Scissors and glue are required and not included. Dimensions: 4.3 x 7.1 x 9.1 inches. Assembly starts with fitting and gluing the pre-cut wooden panels into the two-tier shell, then layering in the printed wallpaper and backdrop art for the sky and interior walls, placing the satellite dish, workbench, and figure, and finishing by wiring in the included LEDs so both levels glow once complete. Recommended for ages 14 and up, it's a rewarding hobby build for science-fiction fans and a distinctive gift or collector's piece for anyone drawn to atmospheric, story-rich miniatures.
